What this site is
Red Clay Foundation Pros is operated by RapidFire Agency LLC. It is a referral service. It is not a contractor, a construction company, or an engineering firm, and it holds no contractor licence.
We do not do the work
We do not perform foundation work of any kind. We do not employ tradespeople, we do not subcontract repairs, and we do not supervise, inspect or warrant anything a contractor does at your property. The contract for any work you have done is between you and that contractor.
Who pays us
Homeowners pay us nothing. We are paid by the foundation contractor we pass requests to. That is a commercial relationship and you should read everything on this site with it in mind.
Because a contractor pays for the referral, they have an incentive to close the job. We have no way to remove that incentive, so we say it out loud instead: get a second written quote, and get an independent opinion from someone who does not sell the repair.
What we do not claim
- We do not claim to have screened, approved, certified or endorsed any contractor.
- We do not rank contractors and there is no best-of list on this site.
- We do not guarantee any contractor's work, licensing, insurance or pricing. Verify those yourself.
- We do not publish prices we cannot source. See the cost page for why.
What we share, and with whom
When you send a request we share your name, phone number, ZIP code and description with one local foundation contractor, so that contractor can contact you about your project. Not several. One. Full detail is on the privacy page.
