A referral service and general information about residential foundations. We pass requests to one local foundation contractor. We do not perform foundation work, we hold no contractor licence, and we are not an engineering firm.

2. The information here is general

The articles cite public sources and are written to be accurate, but they describe how foundations behave in this region generally. They are not an assessment of your property. No page on this site is engineering advice, legal advice, or a substitute for a qualified professional inspecting your house.

3. Your request

By submitting the form you confirm the details are yours and accurate, and you agree that we may share them with one local foundation contractor as described in the privacy policy and the disclosure. Do not submit someone else's phone number.

4. We are not party to your contract

Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor. We do not set their prices, schedule their work, supervise it, inspect it, or warrant it. We make no representation about any contractor's licensing, insurance, workmanship or pricing, and we do not claim to have screened them. Satisfy yourself before you sign anything, and get a second written quote.

5. No guarantee of a referral

We may be unable to place a request, for example if you are outside our service area or no contractor is available. We will tell you rather than leave you waiting.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RapidFire Agency LLC is not liable for loss or damage arising from work performed by a contractor, from your reliance on general information published here, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, automate submissions, scrape the site, or use it to send anyone unsolicited marketing. The form has automated spam protection and we will block abuse.

8. Intellectual property

The writing on this site belongs to RapidFire Agency LLC. Quote it with attribution and a link. Do not republish pages wholesale. Cited material belongs to the organisations credited.
